The 6th Layar Lokal Film Festival (LLoFF 6)

Layar Lokal is a short film festival in Indonesia that focuses on the development of local cinema. The festival not only contributes to introducing local cinema to the wider community in Indonesia, but also provides a space for the intersection of various sectors such as art, culture, and tourism. Layar Lokal is a program of the Sidoarjo Filmmakers Association or Delta Citra Sinema Foundation. This year is the sixth year of the event.

Layar Lokal adalah festival film pendek di Indonesia yang berfokus pada pengembangan sinema lokal. Festival ini tidak hanya berkontribusi dalam memperkenalkan sinema lokal kepada masyarakat luas di Indonesia, namun juga memberikan ruang bagi persinggungan berbagai sektor seperti seni, budaya, dan pariwisata. Layar Lokal merupakan program dari Asosiasi Sineas Sidoarjo atau Yayasan Delta Citra Sinema. Tahun ini adalah tahun kelima penyelenggaraan acara tersebut.

Syarat & Ketentuan.

Festival Film Layar Lokal diselenggarakan oleh Yayasan Delta Citra Sinema.
Festival ini menyelenggarakan bagian non-kompetitif dan Kompetisi. Panitia seleksi menentukan bagian mana yang dapat diikuti oleh sebuah film.
Pendaftaran dibuka mulai 1 September 2025 hingga 31 Oktober 2025.
Kami menerima film fiksi pendek (bukan dokumenter) dalam format HD. Kami TIDAK menayangkan film dalam format DCP, DVD, atau Blu-ray.
Kami hanya menerima film yang dirilis pada tahun 2023 hingga 2025.
Isi formulir pendaftaran daring melalui situs web kami; pastikan untuk mengirimkan Formulir Pendaftaran, Salinan Pratinjau (kami sangat menganjurkan pengiriman film untuk menyediakan Pemutaran Aman Daring) dari film-film berikut dan materi untuk katalog film, situs web, dan promosi;

- Perusahaan Produksi/Perusahaan Penjualan/Kontak
- Pernyataan sutradara dan/atau komentar Kurator (jika ada)
- Perlengkapan Pers/ulasan (jika tersedia)
- Situs web film dan tautan ke trailer film.
Harus menyertakan subtitle Bahasa Indonesia/Bahasa Inggris di dalam film/hardsub (jika film berbahasa daerah)
Festival menanggung biaya pengiriman cetakan film bolak-balik, kecuali cetakan tersebut dikirim ke festival film lain. Namun, selama pandemi, kami hanya menerima film daring melalui formulir film yang tersedia di situs web festival. Jika ada perubahan dalam situasi yang terus berubah ini, kami akan memberi tahu para pembuat film dengan berita terbaru di situs web.
Dengan mengirimkan film ke Festival, Anda menyetujui peraturan ini. Manajemen festival berhak untuk mengelola kasus-kasus yang tidak dibatasi oleh peraturan ini.

Rules & Terms.

Layar Lokal Film Festival is organized by Yayasan Delta Citra Sinema.
The festival organizes non-competitive and Competition sections, The selection committee decides which sections a movie can participate in.
Registration is open from September 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025.
We accept short fiction films (Not Documentaries), in HD format. We do NOT screen movies in DCP, DVD, or Blu-ray formats.
We only accept Films released in 2023 to 2025.
Fill out the online registration form through our website; be sure to submit the Registration Form, Preview Copies (we strongly encourage film submission to provide Online Safe Screening) of the following films and materials for the film catalog, website, and promotion;

- Cast and Crew List
- Technical Information (screening format, running time, sound, screen ratio, speed, language, subtitles)
- List of Dialogs in Indonesian (if any)
- Director's biography and filmography. (half page)
- Director's photograph - high quality
- 1 - 3 high quality still photos from the movie
- Festivals/Awards/Exhibitions - complete updated list
- Production Company/Sales Company/Contact
- Director's statement and/or Curator's comments (if applicable)
- Press Kit/review (if available)
- Movie website and link to movie trailer.
Must include Indonesian/English subtitles in the movie/hardsub (if movie is in local language)
The festival is responsible for the cost of sending prints both ways-unless the prints are sent to another film festival. However, during the pandemic outbreak, we only accept films online through the film form available on the festival website. If there is any change in this ever-changing situation, we will notify filmmakers with the latest news on the website.
By submitting a movie to the Festival, you agree to these rules. The festival management reserves the right to manage cases that are not restricted by these regulations.
